The Berkley, Orlando

The rooms were large and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The screen porch overlooking the lake was a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything you would need. Great for a family to stay together instead of separate hotel rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

The check in process was easy. We checked ahead online and grabbed our keys from the front desk. The staff was friendly and we had everything we needed. We had the two bedroom. The room was very clean and comfortable. The jetted tub was so amazing! It was huge and perfect! The beds were full size. The pool was so clean and heated. . The hotel is not huge and it's set back from the street, so it's quiet. Target and restaurants were very close and they had a shuttle to Disney.

An amazing property. Rooms are large and spacious. Excellent fit for families or large parties. Your place will have all you need (you can even cook if needed). Great value for your money. Recommended.

Such a wonderful experience here! The units are massive. The kitchen had every tool you could ever imagine to cook with. Including baking sheets, and muffin pans that were pristine. I used them! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The entry bedroom had it separate but still right next-door. Beds were super comfortable, towels were soft. All TVs are current enough to sign into any of your streaming services. I only really dealt with the night staff, they were so accommodating, and readily available even at 1 AM. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. They also have carpet which I’m not a big fan of. Washer and dryer are excellent and there was little box of Tide and even dryer sheets! Tons of bell carts so you never have to look for them or wait on them. They are right next to the elevator. Parking was always really close and easy. It’s hard to go back to being crammed in a tiny Disney resort after staying here. Oh, and I didn’t have time to get in the pool, but it was heated to perfection. You can see the steam coming from it in the morning. I will definitely come back!

The condo we rented was great, clean. The pool area was awesome. Heated pool for December. The premises were clean. The mattresses could have been little firmer. We loved the resort and highly recommend to all our friends and family

The 3 bedroom condo we rented here was beautiful, clean and luxurious. The resort has great pool area, theatre and events like ice cream social in the afternoon. Grill area close to the registration. Beds were soft. This is close Disney anv universal theme parks We enjoyed the views here and definitely recommend it.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Berkley. It's like you are renting a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a screened in balcony. Very clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. No noisy neighbors. Great gym and pool area. The hot tub was a surprise! Not that far of a drive to Sea World, just leave before/after rush hour traffic. My only complaint is there are no bottled waters in the vending machines and the dining room lightbulb was out.

The Berkley Resort is amazing! From the moment we walked through the front door and walked up to the reservation desk and was greeted by Abdo K. He was not only extremely friendly and professional, he made us feel very welcomed at the resort. Customer service sometimes get left out because people focus on the resort/location.... my preference is customer service first. Abdo was the absolute BEST! The Resort is very nice and the rooms are extremely spacious with everything you need to feel at home. I highly recommend The Berkley Resort and their outstanding staff.
